so, mike went back to work today, and i'm at home with all 3 of the kids.
the morning went well, jackson got up at 6am to eat, and then we laid in bed until the alarm went off at 7am. Mike and i got the kids up, dressed, and fed in time for him to be at work by 8am. The kids and i went to an appointment, which went well, except for when we were leaving. Isaiah didn't want to leave (there was a movie on in the waiting room) and when i took his hand to lead him towards the door he threw himself on the floor screaming, "OW! OW! STOP IT!" now, normally this would make me a bit mortified. but when you have 3 children, you learn to deal with their outbursts. smiling at all the people gawking, i promptly scooped him up off the floor (kicking and screaming) grabbed my purse and the carseat and hauled them out to the truck. eleanor followed obediently behind.
the kids are now all taking a nap. we'll see how the rest of the day goes.
