8-10 oz of Brie, rind removed and cut into cubes
8oz of sundried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 heaping tsp of dried thyme, or 3/4 tsp of fresh thyme
fresh ground black pepper
preheat oven to 325 degrees. in a small bowl, combine everything but the cheese. place 1/3 of the tomato mixture in a small baking dish. layer with 1/2 of the Brie. repeat the steps, ending with the tomatoes.
bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
((you may need to stir 15 minutes through to combine the layers))
serve with bread or crackers.
